Delivery

We ship with Nova Poshta across Ukraine: to a branch, a parcel locker or by courier to your address. Orders placed before 16:00 on a business day ship the same day, and delivery usually takes 1-2 days.

Delivery costs follow Nova Poshta rates. Orders from 2000 UAH ship free.

Every drive is packed in an anti-static bag with shock-absorbing packaging. Before shipping we check SMART: a new drive shows 0-2 power-on hours and no reallocated sectors.

Payment

Cash on delivery at the Nova Poshta branch.
Card payment: Visa / Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay.
Bank transfer for sole proprietors and companies: we issue an invoice once the order is confirmed.

Receiving your order

Nova Poshta keeps the parcel at the branch for 7 days free of charge. Check the packaging when you pick it up. If the box is damaged, file a report with the branch staff and contact us.
