2 TB hard drive
2 TB is the most popular size for a home PC: enough for a game library and a photo archive. If the drive will be rewritten often, choose CMR, for example the Toshiba P300 2 TB.
All drives are new and SMART-checked before shipping. Nova Poshta delivery across Ukraine in 1-2 days, cash on delivery or card payment.
FAQ
How much space does a 2 TB drive really have?
Windows will show about 1.81 TB. The manufacturer counts in decimal units, Windows in binary.
BarraCuda 2 TB or Toshiba P300 2 TB - which is better?
Both are 7200 rpm. The BarraCuda ST2000DM008 uses SMR and has a 256 MB cache; the P300 HDWD120 is CMR. If the drive will be rewritten often (torrents, backups), the P300 is better; for write-once storage, either will do.
How long will 2 TB last for CCTV?
Four 2 MP H.265 cameras recording 24/7 fill 2 TB in about 3 weeks, eight cameras in about a week and a half. A recorder needs a WD Purple, not a desktop drive.
Is 2 TB enough for games?
For most gamers - yes, it is a sensible minimum for a game library. Games you play every day are best kept on an SSD.
